3. Interest Rates and Fees

Interest rates are determined by SmartFunds Limited based on applicant’s profile and risk assessment.
Processing, administrative, or service fees may apply and will be disclosed before loan disbursement.
Late repayment may attract penalty fees as outlined in the loan agreement.

4. Repayment Obligations

Borrowers agree to make repayments according to the approved schedule.
Early repayment may be permitted, subject to company policies.
Failure to repay may result in penalties, negative credit reporting, or legal action.

5. Data Privacy and Consent

By submitting an application, you consent to SmartFunds Limited collecting, storing, and processing your data for loan management purposes. Information may be shared with credit bureaus, regulators, or recovery partners where required.

6. Default and Recovery

In case of default, SmartFunds Limited may demand immediate repayment, report to credit bureaus, engage recovery agents, or take legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartFunds Limited is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Amendments

SmartFunds Limited may amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the official website or other appropriate means.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to Nigerian courts.
